Fujifilm is looking for a dynamic IT Manager to be based out of our Hanover Park, IL office. As the IT Manager you will be responsible for various types of technology focused initiatives that are cross-functional and require collaboration across the organization. The IT Manager will adhere to and implement best practices and proven methodologies to ensure timely and effective delivery of project deliverables by providing leadership and direction to the company’s Information Technology team. Through strong partnerships with business stakeholders and a passion for innovation, we are driving transformation throughout the company.
The successful candidate will be an industry-recognized expert in multiple fields of practice and have detailed working knowledge of all other fields within IT including Windows, Oracle, SAP, or MS D365,Global Desktop and Site Support, and Information Security. Having successfully managed IT projects and team in procure to pay and order to cash environment, the IT Manager will be comfortable in an environment of uncertainty and rapid change, will be an expert problem solver, will proactively utilize documentation to create repeatable processes, and will be an established leader whose clear communication (upward, to peers, and giving direction to the team) is effective in rallying teams to a common goal.
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor’s position will oversee Accounts Receivable functions for the FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, supporting various Fujifilm companies. The position will lead the group in cash application best practices and providing excellent customer services to those companies.
This position is located in Greenwood, SC.

The Credit Director position will oversee and manage the Credit and Chargeback teams to include training, monitoring staff portfolio of accounts, produce and work with aging reports, minimize bad debt exposure, and identify process improvement opportunities to improve cash flow and reduce past due receivables.
This position is responsible for the credit processes to include, creditworthiness assessment, and periodic reviews for a portfolio of customers, lead the Credit / Chargeback teams collaboration with sales in a flexible, customer centric approach to support company growth objectives and to participate in Sales Meetings and meetings with Executive Leadership

As a year 2023 IT Intern, you will work in the Valhalla Infastructure department and be expected to: ​
- Work with the IT Team to troubleshoot Windows PC upgrade issues
- Work with end-users to ensure PC systems are properly configured
- Learn how to use SCCM reporting tools.
- Work with Active Directory to ensure user profiles are configured properly.
- Update and maintain operating procedures and other documentation​
