We are hiring for a Director of Facilities Management for our Valhalla, NY Location.  As the Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership in a shared service environment for all aspects of Fujifilm Holdings facilities operations, including facilities management, space planning and design, development and planning of capital improvement projects, construction management, utility procurement and financial oversite.   The ideal person will excel in a fast-paced corporate HQ environment and be comfortable with broad leadership responsibilities including providing leadership and direction to departmental managerial staff, development and oversite of budgets and overseeing facilities planning including space utilization and optimization. The ideal person will also have had extensive experience in managing multiple projects and/or initiatives simultaneously and be an excellent relationship builder at all levels of the organization. The Director will partner with teams cross-functionally for the coordination and completion of construction and renovation projects within the facilities department.
