This position is located in our Lebanon, NH office. The Technical Program Manager / Senior Technical Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional technical product development programs from concept and business planning through development, verification, qualification, industrialization, and product release. The role serves as the program integration point across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to achieve technical, schedule, cost, quality, customer, and business objectives. The individual must be able to understand complex engineering information, challenge assumptions, connect technical dependencies to program outcomes, establish an integrated program plan, drive execution, manage risk, and enable timely decisions. Final level will be determined by relevant experience, demonstrated technical program complexity, leadership scope, and organizational impact.
Role Expectation: Own the success of the program by creating clarity, driving accountability, surfacing risk early, and enabling timely cross-functional decisions.
