We are hiring a Associate Market Development Manager, Bioprocessing. The Associate Market Development Manager, Bioprocessing will support the development and implementation of strategies and tactics to grow business revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns for the Bioprocessing business, at both the business and portfolio levels, to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Co-develop differentiated value propositions, market positioning, and messaging to elevate brand awareness and portfolio relevance.
  • Support demand generation programs with a focus on marketing qualified leads, pipeline growth, sales velocity, and revenue generation.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to continuously optimize demand-generation and ensure return on investment.
  • Support market research initiatives to uncover customer needs and market trends, synthesizing these insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Partner with product management, R&D, and sales teams to support new product introductions, sales enablement, and ensure alignment of business priorities with marketing strategies.
  • Act as a key customer advocate, engaging directly with customers to understand their challenges and translate these into strategic marketing plans.
  • Collaborate closely within the Marketing team on global campaigns and programs.
  • Gather, share and leverage knowledge of the trends and competitive landscape to develop strategies to win in dynamic markets.
  • Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate a high return on investment

Required Skills/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Life Sciences area preferred
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in the life sciences market, preferably with direct experience in Bioprocessing
  • Experience in supporting the development of marketing strategies, value propositions, and portfolio messaging.
  • Experience in demand generation and pipeline development, with measurable success in driving revenue.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience working closely with market development, product management, R&D, and sales teams.
  • Some understanding of the Life Sciences, preferably Bioprocessing, ecosystem and market trends.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.   
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Committed, diligent, and emotionally resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary and Benefits:

  • For California, the base salary range for this position is $69,542 - $90,283 per hour. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
