You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, order management, product and leadership—to uncover insights, optimize systems, and lead data-backed decision-making. Responsibilities
The Operations Business Analyst plays a key role in utilizing data to analyze, improve, and optimize the supply chain and customer service operations and processes of the organization. This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain and Customer Service, and is responsible for gathering and interpreting data, identifying trends, creating reports, and working cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives for the Operations Team.
