- Coordinates with leader and makes travel arrangements using Concur system and directly with travel agents.
- Processes expense reports.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner as necessary.
- Reviews and answers inquiries on own initiative and determines within established guidelines if executive action is required.
- Refers routine matters to appropriate parties for action and follows up to ensure proper disposition.
- Executes duties with a high level of confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards concerning sensitive data.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of previous experience in a progressively responsible administrative/office management experience OR
- Associate’s degree with 8 years of previous experience previous experience in a progressively responsible administrative/office management experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of previous experience in a progressively responsible administrative/office management experience
- Minimum of 3 years working as an executive assistant with C-level executives in a dynamic office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in the biotechnology, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry preferred
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for prolonged 60 minutes at a time
- Ability to sit for 240 minutes at a time
- Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include writs, hands and/or fingers.
- Ability to conduct work that includes moving objects up to 10 pounds.
