Position Overview

We are hiring for an Associate FP&A Manager who will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will work closely with members of the Finance teams of ID/EID/OD/DSS/IPD. The Associate FP&A Manager will provide support to the Imaging Division (ID) and with preparation of monthly reports.

Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  1. ID Division Monthly Close
  • Assist in preparing monthly accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Summarize variances against the Latest Estimate, Budget, and Prior Year to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and distribute key financial reports, including P&L, Sales, and Inventory.

 

  1. ID Division Budget and Latest Estimate (LE)
  • Support Product Managers in running Sales Forecasting Simulations.
  • Deliver detailed reporting and data analysis to assist in strategic planning.
  • Update formulas and provide guidance on calculation assumptions to reflect current market trends.
  • Additional Support as necessary within the team.

 

  1. FNAC Division Reporting
  • Compile data from multiple sources to prepare Monthly Sales Reports for management and sales teams; assist in reconciling sales discrepancies as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly T&E reports for Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to monitor and control expenses.
  • Manage third-party Buying Group rebates and provide detailed reporting.
  • Support Ad Hoc reporting requests and participate in special projects as required to meet divisional needs.

 Required Skills/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or finance.
  • 2 + years working with SAP or similar ERP system.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Planning and analysis experience managing Revenue, Cost and Operating Profit.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.

 Salary and Benefits: (Include for roles that are/can be based in NY and CO)
