Position Overview

The Success Manager is a newly created position in the Fujifilm Business Innovation Division (BID) that will oversee the experience for customers and sales staff at the Graphic Innovation Hub (GIH). Located in our North America headquarters, the GIH is a 24,000 sq/ft innovation and technology center filled with Fujifilm’s industry leading solutions for inkjet, toner, wide format and packaging print. Every day we host customers from across North America so they see, learn, and experience how Fujifilm innovations can transform their business.

 

As the Success Manager, you will work together with the GIH Technical Manager, the product demonstration team, marketing team, and the sales team, to plan and execute a truly exceptional experience for customers. Product demonstrations are a key part of the buying journey and sales experience for customers. Our demo center hosts more than 150 demos per year ranging from 1:1 in person tours to large scale VIP events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

 

Planning & Coordination

  • Manage the demo room calendar (Salesforce), appointments, notifications, confirmations
  • Liaison with the sales team and customers on dates, requirements and planning.
  • Work with the travel team and sales to facilitate travel arrangements and special requests
  • Communicate directly with customers to ensure a successful demo experience
  • Prepare and merchandise conference rooms and demonstration areas for each customer experience
  • Liaison with creative teams for special graphics or projects
  • Setup and manage team meetings, agendas, and follow up tasks
  • Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met, information is received, and teams are prepared
  • Track demo requests, calendars, staffing, scripts, deadlines, pre & post meetings primarily using Salesforce

 

Hosting / Presenting

  • Welcome customers to Fujifilm and the Graphic Innovation Hub (GIH)
  • Provide high level tours of the facility and overview of the products
  • Support larger events like VIP Tours and Open Houses
  • On camera interviews and presentations with staff for webinars, demos, special events

 

Communication & Follow Up

  • Prepare and execute post event surveys. Analyze response data and adjust accordingly
  • Facilitate “what’s happening” with the digital marketing team
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting and metrics measuring activities and key metrics
  • Update Salesforce system with
  • Stay connected with customers facilitating co-marketing and success stories

 

Required Skills/Education

  • BA or BS Degree in communications, marketing or related study
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Comfortable on camera, public speaking and presenting to a group
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships
  • Excellent cross-functional teamwork skills (product management, support, sales, service, and management)
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to work with a high level of integrity and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to travel ~20%

 

Desired Skills

  • Previous experience as a host, success manager, or project manager
  • Experience working in or managing a customer demonstration center, promotional events, or educational facility
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software

 

Salary and Benefits

  • $85,000 - $96,000 depending on experience
