Position Overview

Project Manager, Cash Management is responsible for overseeing FUJIFILM Biotechnologies cash management as the company expands from $1.5B to $5.5B over the next 5-6 years. This role requires a deep understanding of factors influencing FB's cash flow, including capex, opex and working capital. The individual will lead improvement initiatives to enhance the cash conversion cycle and provide strategic solutions to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team including being able to articulate the drivers behind cash challenges and opportunities.

Job Description

The Project Manager, Cash Management is responsible for overseeing FDB’s cash management as the company expands from $1.5B to $5.5B over the next 5-6 years. This role requires a deep understanding of factors influencing FDB's cash flow, including capex, opex and working capital. The individual will lead improvement initiatives to enhance the cash conversion cycle and provide strategic solutions to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team including being able to articulate the drivers behind cash challenges and opportunities.

 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Lead FUJIFILM Biotechnologies cash management strategy
  • Analyze inputs affecting cash flow such as capex, opex, working capital, and inventory, and communicate these insights to the leadership
  • Develop and lead CCC improvement initiatives across the organization (from order to cash) 
  • Implement efficient and accurate tracking of cash flows across various projects and sites, ensuring comprehensive oversight at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies
  • Responsible for the cash management strategy and providing overview/roadmap across the entire FUJIFILM Biotechnologies organization to ensure improvement in this area.
  • Providing suggestions/oversight to FUJIFILM Biotechnologies leadership and company stakeholders during this growth trajectory. 
  • This position is working Hybrid and will be performed these responsibilities within location to a FUJIFILM Biotechnologies site, and will require travel to the others sites 20-30%

Education & Skills Requirements

  • A relevant master’s degree in finance or a related field.
  • + 5 years of experience in Treasury/Cash Management or a related financial function.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a cross functional matrix organisation. 
  • A high level of knowledge/skills within cash management / CCC is required to lead the area and support the sites on targets and improvement initiatives.

No direct reports however, will have 5-10 in-direct reports within a global organisation.
