We are searching for a proven Senior Director, Digital & Brand Management, with a demonstrated track record of digital and brand leadership and progressive achievement to work in a fast-paced shared services environment. This is a significant people-focused, results-driven leadership role managing a current team of eight (8) professionals across strategic content creation, web development, social media, e-mail marketing, and other digital- and brand-related marketing/communications programs. The position partners with 27 Fujifilm subsidiaries in the Americas on digital marketing/communications, content creation, and brand management strategies and activities across industries including healthcare, electronics, industrial, consumer, business innovation, and imaging. This well-established leader reports to the Head of Corporate Communications & Brand at FUJIFILM Holdings America.

Responsibilities
The Senior Director, Digital & Brand Management, will play a key leadership role in strategizing, developing, and executing a range of digital marketing/communications, content creation, and brand management programs in the Americas. These programs will support the marketing and sales activities of various Fujifilm business units in the Americas. In addition, the experienced brand leader will be responsible for the management and development of Fujifilm’s corporate brand in the Americas -- ensuring overall consistency and investments to build/protect/and defend the Fujifilm brand in a way that provides business value. The proven digital marketing-brand management leader will be responsible for managing integrated digital, content, and brand projects – driving results for key corporate and business initiatives among internal and external stakeholders.
