In this role, you will deliver worldclass IT support by providing correct IT solution in a timely and user aligned manor.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day IT Support of the FDB end users’ digital workplace. You will proactively facilitate the end user’s experience throughout their life cycle and mitigating disruption of the business. In this role you are responsible for delivering a resilient IT Support service through continual improvement of service and processes.
