    Job Summary:


    This position is responsible for inventory accounting of warehouse items, product put away to stock, and stock replenishment to production lines which requires twice to three times daily deliveries to manufacturing facility.  Deliveries require the use of a 26 foot box truck for transport from warehouse to manufacturing facility.

    • Pull products according to printed sales order pick slip for shipment to outside customers.
      • Package shipments for shipping to outside customers.
      • Packaging may include small over pack boxes for individual shipment or boxes may be accumulated and consolidated for palletized shipments.
    • Verify all contents against sales order pick slip while assembling shipment.
    • Product is pulled from stock utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks and carts
    • Perform inventory counts
    • Utilize forklift and carts to put newly received product to stock
    • Deliver packaging, rejected items from production, special request items to the main facility.
      • Pick up all completed production items ready to be delivered to the warehouse for stock or for shipping.

    Delivering to the main facility requires heavy lifting, moving pallets with a pallet jack or forklift, wrapping pallets by hand, loading and unloading pallets and loaded carts from trucks regularly throughout the day.  Pallet weights can be up to 2000 pounds and cart weight can be up to 600 pounds.


    Individual box weights can vary from 2 pounds to 70 pounds each.


    Knowledge and Experience:


    • Minimum two (2) years of shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience
    • Must have experience/proficiency with Microsoft Office software such as Word
    • HS Diploma required or equivalent
    • Knowledge and experience performing basic math functions
    • Good analytical skills to understand material transactions and reconcile discrepancies in physical inventory.
    • Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP/MRP system skills
    • Experience with kitting work orders and inventory control.
    • Must have attention to detail on all shipments and documentation
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented, multi-tasking environment
    • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information & records
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • Must be able and or willing to learn and drive a fork lift
    • Must be able to commit to working core business hours, or work schedule/hours designated by the Materials/Logistics Manager
