As the IT Business Partner, you will drive the collaboration with business units to ensure IT aligns with local needs, serving as the primary contact for FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB) Global IT. You will drive the collaboration with Site leadership, FDB IT Functional areas, and Project Management to ensure seamless alignment with business needs and priorities. You will ensure ongoing alignment with FDB IT strategy, portfolio and capacity. The role is vital for FDB IT to succeed as a global organization. 

You will provide guidance on FDB IT’s governance model and aid in formalizing, prioritizing, and documenting business cases and monitor customer and tech trends impacting service provision.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Drive the collaboration with business units to ensure IT aligns with local needs, serving as the primary contact for FDB Global IT (Main point of contact) (80%)
• Service and strategic understanding of business needs (20%)

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Or Business Administration
• 5+ years of expereice with BRP and BRM roles
• Proven experience in IT services and development projects
• Experience in the pharmaceutical mnufacturing industry is preferred

• Assure that BU/Site feels that IT is a partner assisting them in anticipating current and future demands and priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes

• Fluency in English required due to our international scope 

The base salary range for this role in California is between $130,000 and $160,000 per year depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, experience and skill set.
