    This position reports directly to the Senior Manager Compensation & HRIS and has overall responsibility for content management support, administration of corporate training and technical support across the FUJIFILM Americas region. The Learning Systems Administrator will be the key contact with subsidiary Compliance Officers, Human Resources and EHS personnel, as applicable, regarding the Cornerstone Learning Management System and be responsible for delivering and tracking training utilization through this platform. The Learning Systems Administrator acts as a liaison between internal HLUS departments (Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, EHS, IT) and Cornerstone to ensure training through this platform is administered in a manner that supports FUJIFILM corporate strategy and “open, fair and clear” work environment while balancing corporate governance requirements and business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • After necessary coordination with HLUS and subsidiary stakeholders, “pushes” out training through LMS based on specifications provided by HLUS department owner.
    • Works with subsidiary Compliance Officers, Human Resources and EHS personnel to ensure changes to new hire training requirements are incorporated into subsidiary onboarding process.
    • Troubleshoots LMS user issues.
    • Supports optimal functionality of the LMS by maintaining daily operation and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintains LMS training calendar and communicates calendar events to stakeholders.
    • Acts as primary contract for subsidiary Compliance Officers, Human resources and EHS personnel regarding LMS technical or content delivery issues.
    • Analyze LMS training needs based on number of users, recertification requirements, number of new hires and provide recommendations for amount and type of training required.
    • Partners with HLUS departments to locate, review and price additional online training materials.
    • Maintains database of LMS training activities (documentation, content, attendance and assessment records).
    • Creates custom reports to analyze, track and evaluate on-line learning initiatives. Follow up with HLUS and subsidiary stakeholders to ensure targeted completion rates are achieved.
    • Primary contact for technical issues related to training programs.
    • Keeps abreast of developments in corporate learning management systems and requirements.
    • Assists with integration of training requirements into performance management objectives and systems.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum three years of HR systems support experience, with working knowledge of Cornerstone Talent Management System or comparable systems.
    • Significant working experience with Learning & Development processes including but not limited to delivering training, tracking activity, content management and related management reporting.
    • Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple assignments effectively, strong time management skills and respect for confidential information.
