This position reports directly to the Senior Manager Compensation & HRIS and has overall responsibility for content management support, administration of corporate training and technical support across the FUJIFILM Americas region. The Learning Systems Administrator will be the key contact with subsidiary Compliance Officers, Human Resources and EHS personnel, as applicable, regarding the Cornerstone Learning Management System and be responsible for delivering and tracking training utilization through this platform. The Learning Systems Administrator acts as a liaison between internal HLUS departments (Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, EHS, IT) and Cornerstone to ensure training through this platform is administered in a manner that supports FUJIFILM corporate strategy and “open, fair and clear” work environment while balancing corporate governance requirements and business needs.
