The Maintenance Coordinator will support planning and coordination of a robust Maintenance program throughout the FUJIFILM New Castle site, ensuring reliable operation of manufacturing plants, labs, warehouses, and general facilities. Responsibilities include scheduling day-to-day Maintenance tasks, coordinating and managing third-party contractors, issuing work permits, supporting small and mid scale Maintenance projects, maintaining spares inventory, and procurement support. This position will report to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
Incumbent is required to work safely and adhere to the site EHS guidelines while performing tasks and through the management of third-party contractors and work permits.

Responsible for coordinating maintenance of all plant and lab, warehouse and office resources, site utilities and grounds under the direction of the Maintenance and Facilities Manager. This includes equipment such as:
