We are hiring a R&D Scientist Intern – Process Development. The R&D Scientist Intern – Process Development will learn and execute process development activities, as well as participate in functioning of downstream and upstream process development labs.

Responsibilities

• Skills- Should have basic understanding of protein and antibody structure and function, basic knowledge on protein purification and fermentation.
• Attitude- Should demonstrate willingness to receive instruction and execute techniques as per Standard Operating Procedure(s). Should be self- motivated to learn and pursue a career in science.
• Punctuality and Flexibility- Should demonstrate good work ethic, be punctual and flexible towards execution of tasks, as and when they arise.

Required Skills/Education

• Must be at least a 2nd year Bachelor's student and a returning student for the next semester or higher level education.
• Basic understanding of proteins and background in biochemistry, biotechnology.
• Ability to speak, read and write English proficiently.
• Protein formulations and chromatography experience
• Perform tests to assess the purity of purified proteins like SDS-PAGE, Western Blot and UV-Vis Spectroscopy analysis
