Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Duration: 3 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and diversity initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other human resources-related issues.
  • Coordinate and organize internal HR events and meetings.
  • Support various administrative tasks and ad-hoc HR assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

Compensation:
