    We are searching for a Public Relations Communications Manager (internally known as Marketing Communications Manager). This person plans, develops, directs and executes public relations programs in support of the company’s business divisions/companies. This position initiates and executes the strategic management of various public relations activities, with a heavy emphasis on media relations, while also leveraging  company resources to further business objectives and maximize both internal and external communication opportunities. In addition this role is responsible for employee communications and CSR programs and is the liaison with FTYO CC (international colleagues) for such programs.

    • Create and implement strategic and comprehensive communications plans, while also working with other internal resources for implementation of overall branding campaign, including:
      • Manage external communications activities for the company.
      • Directing through leadership the following: media relations programs, including the development of communications for B2B and B2C product launches, issues management and key industry trends; support industry trade shows and product introductions
      • Provide public relations counsel to executives, including strategic direction and preparation for interviews.
      • Work collaboratively with marketing and communications peers across 3 -4 business units in North and Latin Americas, to develop/coordinate effective communications programs.
      • Evaluate results, and implement any changes for the highest value outcomes.
    •  Lead and implement content development for strategic social media initiatives and content
      • Development of written, visual and video content for website and social media channels.
      • Build the strategic plan, gain approvals and implement content development.
      • Evaluate results, and implement any changes for the highest value outcomes.
    • Liaise with other members of the Corp Comm and FTYO CC team to develop content for internal employee publication and develop internal communications 
      • Provide support for department initiatives, events and/or programs across the company's portfolio. 


    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Communications or PR agency
    • Knowledge of Public Relations
    • Superior editorial and interpersonal skills with a broad range of communications and project management experience.


    • Highly organized, detail oriented with outstanding follow-through skills.
    • Able to perform with poise under tight deadlines and shifting priorities and can successfully navigate a complex, fast-paced organization.
    • Knowledge of Fujifilm’s products and services
