Overview

The Parts Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for performing shipping and receiving activities including picking, packing, metering, and shipping to provide parts to internal and external customers.

FUJIFILM North America Corporation, a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, consists of six operating divisions. The Imaging Division provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services, including silver halide consumables; inkjet consumables; digital printing equipment, along with service and support; personalized photo products fulfillment; film; one-time-use cameras; and the popular INSTAX® line of instant cameras, smartphone printers, instant film, and accessoriesThe Electronic Imaging Division markets its GFX System and X Series lines of mirrorless digital cameras, lenses, and accessories to provide a variety of content creation solutions for both still and moving imagery. The Optical Devices Division provides optical lenses for the broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television, videography, and industrial markets, and also markets binoculars and other optical imaging solutions. The Graphic Communication Division utilizes its extensive industry knowledge to develop fully supported traditional and digital print solutions for industries including commercial print, wide format, and packaging with its comprehensive line of digital inkjet presses, production toner printers, and software. The Industrial Products Division delivers new products derived from Fujifilm technologies including data storage tape products, including OEM and FUJIFILM Ultrium LTO cartridges, desalination solutions, microfilters and gas separation membranes. The Non-Destructive Testing Division delivers radiography solutions to ensure high accuracy inspection of transportation infrastructure, and assets within aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

 

The Graphic Communication Division is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver world class, state of the art solutions for Ink Jet Printing, Digital Printing, Wide Format, Offset Plates, Packaging, and a full range of traditional Offset supplies. In addition, we are the industry leader in Color Standardization and G7 implementation

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international and freight shipments with Warehouse Supervisor. Create commercial invoices and documentation for exporting.
  • Provide US Customs clearance support for clearing inbound international shipments.
  • Respond to order placement, customer phone inquiries regarding pricing and availability, equipment warranty status, parts tracking and proof of deliveries
  • Provide warranty part support for projects and site-based service. Replace parts under warranty as requested. Check warranty for specific coverages of this product. Prepare warranty paperwork and send damaged or non-working parts back to the vendor to receive credit under warranty monthly. Vendor warranty reports should be prepared and maintained for warranty claims for quarterly submissions.
  • Monitors a variety of operational information, such as "mis-picks" and productivity reports, to ensure individual order selectors are meeting rates and following preferred methods. Maintain cycle count reports
  • Account for all incoming materials and supplies; audit goods received into the warehouse
  • Take steps to continually improve the safety, quality, and efficiency of daily warehouse operations and logistics
  • Manage the processor roller recovery program. Maintain roller core inventory and stocking levels of recovered rollers. Provide reporting of vendor compliance metrics, on time delivery and quality performance
  • Perform related duties as assigned by manager.

 

Required Skills/Education

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 or more years of warehouse experience, including ability to operate auto-platform ladders
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team structure
  • Solid task and time management skills
  • Necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications

 

Desired Skills

  • Experience working with warehouse operations
