    Job Summary:


    We have an opportunity for a dedicated team player to be a part of a fast-paced, busy manufacturing environment!  This position reports to the Materials/Logistics Manager and/or the team lead, and is responsible for performing various functions in a warehouse/stock room environment.  This team player will perform all inventory management transactions necessary to supply inventory for manufacturing and order fulfillment (including but not limited to handling, communication, transacting, auditing and ordering supplies/ materials). He/she will also provide support to the Distribution Team in meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations while maintaining a comfortable, organized and safe workplace. This position is a full time role with full benefits, a 401K plan and paid time off, plus more perks that come with being a full time FUJIFILM SonoSite employee!


    Essential Job Functions:


    • Handling
      • Pull, issue and deliver all materials to the manufacturing/repair area (Daily)
      • Manage small parts inventory levels.
      • Manage Kanban levels
      • Build kits/assemblies
    • Communication
      • Provide feedback to planner and management regarding material availability or potential shortage (As needed)
      • Give real time updates on consumption of supplies/materials
    • Transacting
      • Perform back-flush for all materials
      • Perform scrap transaction
      • Pick and packaging of ordered material
      • Shipping orders to customers
    • Auditing
      • Review Data Sweep and report any material flow issue
      • Check the interface in Oracle
      • Manage the cycle count process
      • Change or correct part numbers and relabeling of product
    • Ordering
      • Release Kanban orders
      • Order materials and supplies
    • Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system


    Knowledge and Experience:


    • Minimum two (2) years of shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience
    • Computer literate
    • HS Diploma or equivalent
    • Knowledge and experience performing basic math functions
    • Good analytical skills to understand material transactions and reconcile discrepancies in physical inventory.
    • Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP/MRP system skills
    • Experience with kitting work orders and inventory control.
    • Must have experience/Proficiency with Microsoft Office software such as Word/Excel


    Skills and Abilities:


    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented, multi-tasking environment
    • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information & records
    • Attention to detail
