    The Graphic Systems Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver solutions for workflow, consultative services, remote monitoring, color standardization and G7 implementation, pressroom products, CTP, proofing, digital printing, wide format and more. FUJIFILM also manufactures and distributes Sericol inks and is a leader in the development of UV inks for the screen printing, narrow web, and large format digital printing industries.

     

    The Associate Product Marketing Manager role is exceptionally important as it is responsible for product, marketing and vendor management of the entire Acuity product line from the wide format inkjet category in addition to its respective workflow and media. These products make up approximately 30% of the WFIJ revenue. The role is also responsible for highlighting that Fujifilm is a solution provider for the printing industry not only with the entry to mid level equipment but for high level equipment, which opens the door to future press upgrades. This role is a critical support for seven North America Sales team members and the coordination of their demo unit and print sample testing requests, training and on-site client presentations and support of Latin America Distributors.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Manage administration of product portfolio (Wide Format Media, entry and mid-level WFIJ Printers including Acuity line, Epson, Oce, CGS, and Workflow Solutions [Caldera & ColorGATE] ) as directed by the Director of Product Marketing
    • Proactively establish and maintain strong working relationships with sales leaders across all GSD business segments in order to foster communication and collaboration
    • Lead in evaluating products in relation to competitors. Obtain and analyze competitive data while communicating relevant information to the field.
    • Manage equipment configurations in database to support sales proposals
    • Monitor ink and media testing with Fujifilm press operators
    • Assist in conducting market research to determine market size, growth rates, and trends
    • Coordinate development of technical data sheets, sales support materials, sales promotion programs and customer-facing presentations
    • Participate in customer demonstrations, trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and generate leads
    • Analyze sales trends and track sales versus budget 
    • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to maximize sales performance
    • Assist in any new developmental projects or testing programs in relation to competitive products
    • Foster 3rd party relationships through vendor management skills
    • Learn to manage material master information including gates process (validation of new product onboarding), pricing and descriptions versus existing products within assigned portfolio
    • Act as the lead person in the internal management of a product life cycle with all company departments (i.e.: sales, service, product planning, marcom, parts, demo room, distribution, sales administration, International staff and national accounts)
    • Assist in management of developing all marketing material for the respective WFIJ products. This includes website & Showpad management, brochure creation, creation of product data sheets, and other marketing materials
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Minimum 3 years Print industry experience
    • Basic knowledge of WFIJ product terminology and print process
    • Understanding of supplier agreements/contracts and shipping terminology
    • Emphasis on attention to detail
    • Outstanding organization and time management skills
    • Self-starter and multi-tasking capability
    • Essential communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
    • Ability to listen and collaborate with others

    Desired:

    • A B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
    • Knowledge of pre-press equipment
    • Good presentation skills both for internal staff and external customers and prospects
    • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
