Ensures all assigned payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. Utilizes ADP Reporting and eTime Reports for continuous review, audit and analysis of payroll system activity. Operates as a subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues. Continuously looks for improvements in operational processes and designs to implement those initiatives. Supervises Payroll Coordinators and optimizes contribution of team through coaching and implementing workable solutions to business issues/problems. Conducts work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of team and works with Payroll Manager to define standards and reusable approaches for payroll operations. Assists with ADP systems administration. Manages internal/external customer relationships.
