    We are hiring a Logistics Administrator for our beautiful Shelton, CT area. The NDT Logistics Administrator will report to the NDT Technical Manager and be responsible for the processing of dealer rebates, management of special cut IP’s and carriers, prestaging & tracking of all NDT equipment installations. The position will also be responsible fo all the warehouse activities to include and not limited to the receipt, inventory and shipping of NDT equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Bi-weekly processing & tracking of dealer rebates
    • Receipt, stocking and inventory of all equipment into the NDT warehouse
    • Assist in the pre-staging of orders by a) loading software onto CPU’s and b) performing QA tests
    • QA testing, repackaging and shipment of special cut IP’s and carriers
    • Prepare, schedule and process documentation for the shipment of all NDT equipment orders
    • Management of equipment & parts inventory levels
    • Update SAP for the receiving, shipping and inventory of NDT equipment
    • Track and update installation records within Astea
    • Maintain warehouse by organizing floor space based on storage parameters principles and recommending and execution of process improvements
    • Keep lab equipment operating through the enforcement of operating instructions, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance service and repair
    • Track location and manage sale rep demo units for the necessary upgrades and maintenance required
    • Assist Training Department with certification documentation

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma
    • MS Office
    • SAP
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
    • Customer Service and Logistics: 2 Years
    • Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills

    Desired:

    • NDT/ X-ray experience or knowledge
