    We are hiring a Contract Administrator for our beautiful Hanover Park, IL location. The Contract Administrator will report to the Sales Administration & Business Process Manager and be responsible for administering customer contract requests, seeking all approvals, and assembling all required supporting documents, and other supporting activities

    • Initiate EPASA and follow through from construction, communication, approval and Customer acceptance signing
    • Coordinate with Legal department on any required documents, changes and approvals including structuring complex customer agreements.
    • Provides written and verbal contractual guidance to company personnel and program team members and bears the responsibility for contract performance
    • Communicate, assist, educate and respond to Sales Management and staff regarding all procedures approvals and documentation
    • Handle Customer Rebate setup using Volume Rebate Agreement (VRA) Module
    • Understand and utilize internal Deal Maker and Equipment Quoting System (EQS) as tools to accomplish tasks
    • Collaborate with Sales Admin group for deal setup, instructions and documentation
    • Coordinate Lease payment and approvals internally and with Leasing companies
    • Analysis and calculation of Liquidated damages regarding Customer termination of agreements
    • Assist in maintaining hard- and soft-copy contracts records
    • Contribute to all Notes Receivable reconciliations and Payoff schedules
    • Use loan tables to calculate loan payments and amortization
    • Provide Trade-In documentation from EQS for Sales Team when applicable
    • Work with Credit and VP Division Controller on complex handling of Mexico or Canada deals when needed. Primarily involved when deal to be set upon U.S. Company, provide instructions to others.
    • Approve periodic Check Requests for Lease Payment Plans to Leasing Companies
    • Verify Legal Names for Agreements, not required on current customers generally researched through Secretary of State


    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • 2+ years administrative experience
    • 2+ years sales support experience
    • Must have demonstrated experience in managing and processing specialized and complex proposals, bids and contracts
    • Experience with legal contracts, documents and requirements
    • General working knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe and computer based tools
    • Good verbal and written communication skills


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Previous management experience related to Projects and Contract negotiations
    • 2+ years SAP experience
    • 2+ years financial or contract management experience
