    Job Summary:

     

    This Inside Sales role will support our current customers with replacement components, warranties and full capital system sales while reaching out and expanding the Fujifilm SonoSite footprint to new customers and new markets. The candidate will work together with the Field team as the Inside point of contact for customers in the following key areas:  product prospecting and sales over the phone using web based demos, identifying and closing up-trade opportunities and effective install base management. This team member will play a key role in regional business, providing inbound support and further qualification of regional leads produced by marketing campaigns and Sales Lead Generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Hospital and Office based Capital Equipment Sales, proven success in exceeding quota expectations, ease with Medical terminology, excellent multitasking skills and will have the ability to work collaboratively with others in a dynamic and fast moving, technical work environment.

     

    Essential Job Functions:

    Direct Selling: Quota based Sales Role

    • Direct selling of Capital equipment, System Uptrades and Warranties through the use of web based demonstrations.
    • Partner with Field Sales to support regional inbound sales opportunities.
    • Work collaboratively with the Field to identify and close new opportunities.

    Lead Generation

    • Cold calling through Lead Lists to assist with emerging markets.
    • ​Support Field Sales Regions as the expert for ongoing marketing and sales campaigns.
    • Consistent use of Salesforce CRM

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Bachelor Degree or significant related experience.
    • Minimum of 2-5 years Medical Device Sales Experience
    • Successful experience working in the medical industry, preferably ultrasound
    • Knowledge of ultrasound technology & ability to learn SonoSite product line and configurations
    • Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced environment
    • Ability to learn, quickly adopt and efficiently utilize multiple applications and software is essential to this role. For example: Web based meetings, Excel, Oracle, CRM, Dashboards and Reporting.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Compelling telephone communication skills.
    • Successful utilization and proven adoption of Sales Training techniques.
    • Ability to be a trusted resource for customers, internal colleagues and Field Sales team professionals in the pursuit of long term business relationships.
    • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects concurrently.
    • Ability to communicate on clinical level with customers; comfortable with medical terms and industry terminology.
    • Goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) abilities. An ability to work diligently with the CRM is a necessary job requirement. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
    • Ability to lift 25 lbs to manage Demo inventory.
    • Overtime and limited travel may be required.

    The ability to speak languages in addition to English may be a significant benefit.
