    POSITION SUMMARY:  We are prioritizing the development of revolutionary new products, services, and businesses in our key business areas of healthcare and highly functional materials. Such products and business models are things that can build new successes for Fujifilm and our partners but also eventually make powerful contributions to society. We are looking for a person who has knowledge covering a wide variety of technologies and can demonstrate Fujifilm’s core technologies to produce collaborations or business partnerships to expand our success.


    A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.


    Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.  


    Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.


    Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.



    • Manage tour presentation for customers of OI-Hub to introduce Fujifilm technologies to customers to obtain collaboration opportunities, including preparation for customer visit and facilitation for wrap up meetings with customers.
    • Customer Development: find potential customers in the focused industries and invite them to the OI-Hub.
    • Follow up with customers after site visits and if necessary, set up additional meetings with customers as required.
    • Ensures that customer needs and concerns are properly communicated; share information with Tokyo headquarters and transfer VOC to the proper business division when we receive information from VOC
    • Help to identify opportunities to engage our customers so they want to invest time in embracing and using our current technologies.
    • Create educational content to articulate the benefits of Fujifilm products and technologies.
    • Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
    • Build relationships with internal and external subject matter experts (e.g., industry experts, customers, technology partners).
    • Updates knowledge of product information and technologies, as required.
    • Maintains customer relationships through regular contact and customer service.
    • Makes contacts with potential customers to create new business opportunities.
    • Qualifies new prospects.
    • Educates customers on new technologies available to them.
    • Understands all of the company’s offerings and clearly communicates them to customers and prospective customers.
    • Attends trade shows, seminars, conferences and industry training programs.
    • Reads publications regarding emerging markets and trends in technology.
    • Establishes and maintains knowledge of products and service offerings.
    • Schedules meetings and presentations.
    • Keeps customer database current.
    • Keeps prospective customer database updated.

    • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent years of related experience.
    • 3-5 years in a teaching/training role or related experience
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills required to gain cross functional support for projects, programs, and initiatives.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and must have good presentational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
    • Ability to translate complex technical topics into concepts and content that customers understand.
    • Initiative and a proven ability to work both independently as well as with a team.
    • Must have strong customer service skills.
    • Must have superior written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must have strong problem solving skills.
    • Must have good negotiation skills.
    • Must be an active listener.
    • Must be detail oriented.
    • Must have good organizational skills and be an effective multi-tasker.
    • Must be able to work well under pressure, particularly when facing a deadline.


    • Background in sales and/marketing
    • Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
    • Digital and Social Media Marketing experience
