    Responsible for managing transition of Oracle licenses from per CPU model to per volume count model. Must be able to evaluate currently licenses, apply conversion ratios, and communicate effectively the potential financial impact to a customer.

    Responsible for managing transition of Oracle licenses from per CPU model to per volume count model. Must be able to evaluate currently licenses, apply conversion ratios, and communicate effectively the potential financial impact to a customer.
    Duties and responsibilities
     Evaluate current Oracle Licenses on a per customer basis, determine total licenses sold and included in existing maintenance agreements.
     Evaluate proposed Oracle Licenses under a new licensing model, to convert from old license model to new license model.
     Prepare correspondence (within guided templates) to address any financial impact to the customer (annual price may increase, decrease, or stay the same).
     During the Sales cycle, provide support for new licensing model to the sales team as needed.
     Prepare contract amendments to convert existing customers from old licensing model to new licensing model.
     May be asked to create service contract quotations at times, and present to various levels of leadership.
     Track customers who have completed the conversion, provide reports bi-weekly to monthly to various levels of internal management.
     Ensure processes are followed and consistent across all geographic zones
     Enter contracts into system of record as required for booking.
     Adheres to the Company’s quality and regulatory compliance requirements, without exception, and ensures that all job duties inherent in the position description are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
     Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards.
     All other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications
     Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
     Exceptionally strong skillset in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
     Self-directed with high energy and motivation. Ability to work independently
    and/or in a team setting.
     Must be able to work independently and in a team/group environment.
     Creative and consultative communicator with excellent verbal and written
    communication skills. Presentation skills are a plus.
     Critical thinking is required, must be able to perform various levels of research
    and form a cumulative analysis that results in a conversion proposal.
     Ability to influence others without position reporting structure to achieve results
    and deliver on committed timelines and objectives.
     Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com a strong plus.
     Experience working in a quality controlled and validated system a strong plus.


    Physical requirements
    The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have
    the listed capabilities.
     The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.
     The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including
    keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
     The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
     The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
     Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.


    TRAVEL:
    Occasional travel may be required based on business need.
