    Job Summary:

     

    The Sales Compensation Coordinator will work closely with sales leadership and be reporting to the Director, Human Resources.  Taking lead on the commission calculation process, while serving as a liaison to the sales team. The Sales Compensation Coordinator should have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple challenges simultaneously and have excellent communications skills in order to bring together and bridge multiple sales team’s needs.     Essential Job Functions:

      

    • Have oversight of our Xactly-Incentive Platform. 
    • Be the administrator and database lead for Xactly Incent user base. 
      • Upload Sales Results
      • Improve Dashboard usability
      • Audit Results to ensure the calculation tables within Xactly are producing the proper expected results.
    • Salesforce order review and investigation
      • Review order inquiries from sales team to ensure shipping date accuracy, as well as sales rep assignment.
    • Experience in reviewing Oracle data feeds, and understanding data inconsistencies
      • Run audits against the data feeds to ensure naming conventions, territory assignments, sales rep ID accuracy, and no duplicates.
    • High level communication with sales teams, be the face of the calculation and delivery of commissions.
    • Provide reporting analysis to compensation programs lead including commission trending, sales performance, spend analysis.
    • Work toward the Sales Compensation checklist, commission delivery schedule provided by the Compensation Lead.
    • Auditing and analysis of proper pay results across multiple sales compensation plans globally.
    • Model out different sales commission/bonus options and provide expense analysis, and suggestive feedback.
      • Provide current results with comparative to model options.  Then provide cost benefit.
    • Oversee all sales compensation plans creation and editing, while systematically tracking the delivery of plans for signature.
    • Monitor inventory reports for sell-out and preemptions

     

    Knowledge and Experience:

     

    • 3+ years’ experience with data analysis and/or coordinating of sales calculations college or work experience combination.
    • Extreme attention to detail is a must.
    • Experience with Xactly Incent required.  (The ability to maneuver, make changes, build new user accounts).
    • Experience in maneuvering within Salesforce to review sales order detail.
    • Experience in reviewing Oracle data feeds, and understanding data inconsistencies.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with a willingness to learn new software.

    • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and trustworthiness with confidential/sensitive information.
    • Highly organized, meets deadlines, able to multi-task, and performs well under pressure.
    • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills required.
