    Job Summary:


    This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional to help FUJIFILM SonoSite drive business through internal employee training and education. The primary objective of this position is to design, coordinate and conduct engaging training and education to the direct and indirect sales teams.  This would involve new hire programs for the direct team quarterly (or as needed), new product training, training programs for our indirect partners, and refresher trainings as needed. This individual would work closely with marketing, corporate clinical technology, corporate resources and sales leadership to ensure messaging, specifications and delivery is accurate and aligned with business direction.


    Other responsibilities include learning management system maintenance (users, content, learning paths and schedules), podcast creation, distributor certification program management and vendor credentialing program management. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Sonographer with at least 2 ARDMS registries with experience in the commercial aspect of ultrasound (point of care ultrasound a plus).


    Essential Job Functions:


    • Coordinate a robust SonoSite sales training program in conjunction with SonoSite’s learning management system
    • Maintain all material on the learning management system, updating and creating when necessary
    • Coordinate, create and facilitate SonoSite new hire training programs (SonoStart) which could include content creation
    • Develop programs that can be duplicated and scaled globally
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create and update new training materials that can be used both in person and online
    • Coordinate, create and facilitate new product and/or sales training as needed
    • Provide support for all administrative functions provided in the Learning Management System
    • Responsible for tracking and monitoring work completed by new employees, sign off on training requirements for hospital required accreditation programs such as Rep Tracks and other similar programs.
    • Stay up to date with Point of Care Ultrasound Applications, often offering hands on teaching
    • Record and upload podcast for Fujifilm SonoSite Internal Podcast series covering topics that are directed toward empowering the sales and clinical teams
    • Maintain podcast channel
    • Create engaging informative training experiences for both in person and online training
    • Assist with training and planning of annual sales meetings
    • Consistently look for ways to improve sales through training and education
    • Maintain distributor certification program


    Knowledge and Experience:


    • 5 years’ experience as a a registered sonographer with at least 2 ARDMS registries (Cardiac certication is a plus)
    • Commercial ultrasound work related experience desired
    • Track record of curriculum development and implementation
    • Ability to present to groups of varying sizes
    • E-learning design and implementation a plus
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent project management and planning skills
    • Able to work numerous programs/projects simultaneously
    • Proven ability to communicate and work well with individuals at various levels across an organization
    • Ability to travel 50% of the time including frequent visits to FujiFilm SonoSite headquarters in Bothell, WA. Travel can be domestic or international.
    • Able to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation
    • Ability to motivate trainees
    • Must be competent in computer skills like Power Point, KeyNote and other related presentation programs
    • Knowledge of online course creation software a plus
    • Must demonstrate drive, focus, creativity, innovation and resourcefulness
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross functional interaction
    • Willingness and flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays and outside of standard business hours
