    The Project Manager is responsible for project management for implementation and ongoing improvement initiatives concerning our various service applications. This includes managing projects, driving deliverable timelines, and bringing ongoing improvements and efficiencies to the overall service organization

    Duties and responsibilities
     Plans, develops, and implements applications used by the service division to effectively support the business, processes, and provides necessary business controls and management information.
     Develop service reporting tools and/or develops functional specifications for report requests submitted and developed by Shared Services IT team.
     Maintains a thorough understanding of FMSU business processes, system architecture, data structure, and how the applications interface and communicate with each other.
     Develops application requirements, functional specifications, project plans, test plans, test scripts, and business processes and procedures.
     Works closely with the Shared Services IT Team and application business partners to ensure a cohesive, comprehensive and complete project management structure for all projects. Drives a positive and collaborative relationship with all related stakeholders to ensure maximum value from application is derived.
     Tracks and drives results with Shared Services for unresolved helpdesk tickets. Sets the ticket priority and helps direct the Shared Services IT Team to address the highest priority tickets first.
     Test reports developed by Fujifilm Holdings Shared Services IT department. Reporting support includes defining requirements, searchable fields, report layout/output, testing results, approve moving reports from test to production, etc.
     Establishes and maintains effective communication with all project participants; keeping internal and external teams informed of project status.
     Provides hands on project implementation. Ability to scope and define resource requirements for a project and set accurate and realistic timelines from start to finish.

     This position works closely with FMSU quality and regulatory group to ensure all quality standards are met and maintained including training, testing, documentation, reporting, interface testing, etc.
     Develop and maintain cooperative interdepartmental relationships including QA/RA, HLUS IT, Field Service, Finance, etc.
     Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards.

     Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Master’s preferred.
     Project Management Institute PMI – PMP certified, or ability to obtain certification within 6 months from start date in position.
     5 years minimum experience supporting system applications (Astea Alliance, Salesforce, and/or SAP a strong plus).
     Must be able to work independently and in a team/group environment.
     Self-motivated and able to work with and without direct supervision.
     Strong skillset in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).
     Creative and consultative communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills are a plus.
     Ability to influence others without position reporting structure to achieve results and deliver on committed timelines.
     Enthusiastic and comfortable in a training environment and group setting.
     Experience working in a quality controlled and validated system a strong plus.


    Physical requirements
    The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities.
     The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.
     The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
     The ability to stand, talk and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
     The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
     Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.


    Occasional (up to 25%) travel may be required based on business need.
