We are growing our locations and are investing more than $2 billion into establishing a new large-scale manufacturing site for biopharmaceuticals in the United States to accelerate the growth of our Bio CDMO (Contract and Development Manufacturing Organization) business. This will be the largest end-to-end cell culture CDMO provider in North America.

 

The new site will offer end-to-end solutions to our customers looking to manufacture biopharmaceuticals in the US. In addition to drug substance manufacture, it will also provide automated fill-finish and assembly, packaging, and labeling services. The new state-of-the-art facility is located in Holly Springs, North Carolina, United States.

About This Role

The Program Coordinator is accountable for supporting the delivery of customer programs through their lifecycle. This role works closely with Program Managers to provide service support in alignment with our contracted commitment to clients and our company vision/mission (strategy and compliance). In addition to supporting active programs, the Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting customer visits from both existing and potential customers. This includes working with the site Event Planner and administrative staff to ensure logistics are in place as well as organizing and polishing content. During the planning of these visits, this role works with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the content is up to date, while coordinating the strategic tone of the discussion, and coaching as needed ahead of the meeting. The Program Coordinator engages with all areas, embraces a holistic approach to customer services and deliveries, while ensuring that alignment with relevant stakeholders is in place.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Engages impacted functional areas for inputs to ensure Statement of Work (SOW) elements are complete and realistic
  • Ensures that program deliverable are organized and assists with tracking and following up on any actions to ensure ontime delivery.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of Master Project Plan (MPP) including accurate durations and accountabilities for all revenue¬generating milestones throughout the scope of the program
  • Assists with developing and maintaining tools that ensure proper reporting of program deliverables and seeks to improve these tools through stakeholder feedback and application of innovative solutions
  • Actively participates in all Program Management department meetings
  • Coordinates content generation for site visits under direction of Program Managers including Program Kickoffs, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other meetings needed to manage programs (Internal and Client Facing) after contract is signed
  • In collaboration with the Head of Program Management, establishes a streamlined process for customer visits and content coordination
  • Coordinates content and strategic tone of potential client visits under the direction of the Head of Program Management
  • Maintains a repository of customer facing content, working cross functionally to ensure we have the most recent representation of the services provided
  • Supports facilitation of Program Management department meetings and workshops, under direction of the Head of Program Management, when needed
  • Focuses on productivity, efficiency, simplification, right first time in program delivery (e.g., meeting customer requirements, cost reduction, growing business)
  • Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships with clients, internal colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Solicits and responds to client and internal stakeholder feedback while demonstrating respect of others across all functions and levels
  • Performs other duties, as assigned

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or related field of study with no previous experience

Preferred Requirements

  • Master’s degree in science or business field with experience in Project/Program Management and Customer Relationship Management
