    We are hiring for a Service Coordinator for our Wayne, NJ Location.  This position reports directly to the North and Latin America Service Manager and has overall responsibility for receiving, shipping, and billing for customer’s repair equipment. Coordinates repairs with customers with regard to loaners, time frame, etc, and is the liaison between the customers and the service engineers.  Maintains daily contact with sales force and customer service to achieve customer satisfaction and repair delivery commitments. Perform other duties as assigned and requested by his/her Manager and/or FNAC-OD Management.

     

    Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to:

     

     

    External US

    • Enter incoming repairs into FOX Pro for service information and SAP for billing.
    • Coordinates repair orders with customers and service technicians.
    • Communicate estimates and receive approvals from customers to proceed with repairs.
    • Assist National Service Manager in reducing repair turn-around time.
    • Control shipment and return of service Loaners for CCTV, ENG and EFP (need to spell out ENG and EFP_.
    • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing on all repair orders including CA, GA and TX satellite offices.
    • Deliver completed repairs to shipping and ensure proper shipping method is used.
    • Issue credit for returned service loaners.
    • Create service parts PO requisition form and order to FOMY.
    • Assist with parts material set up in SAP.
    • Provide Service Manager with a daily service report.
    • Contact customers regarding their repairs and provide estimate of pricing and deliver.
    • Provides assistance in order processing as needed.
    • Perform any other jobs/functions as requested by Manager or FNAC-OD
    • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

    Desired skills:

     

    • High School Diploma or GED, advanced degree preferred, plus 3 + years work experience in a service department..
    • Ability to research and analyze various different types of data information and make sound business judgments.
    • Ability to prioritize work.
    • Possess necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), working knowledge of Microsoft applications and outstanding customer service
