Essential Job Functions
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP manufacturing, logistics and quality control functionalities.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Conduct workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Design, and test manufacturing, logistics and quality control processes.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.
- Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software problems.
- Document functional designs and test cases.
- Proactively propose business process and system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
- Act as a bridge between business functions and the technical team.
- Offer ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work independently and may mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate and support resolution of critical tickets.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of business working experience in a technology function in manufacturing business process
- 7+ years of relevant SAP Solution experience in SAP manufacturing, logistics and quality control.
- Understanding of accounting business processes.
- Deep project management skills with capacity to adapt to a changing environment.
- Knowledge of biotechnology or biopharma industry regulatory context (GxP).
- Accepts ownership, and exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods.
- A highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong humility, listening, creativity, and negotiation skills.

- Up to 20% travel expected (domestic US)
- Ability/experience to work in a multinational, multicultural business environment.
- Experience in SAP S4HANA preferred.
