Job Purpose - The Manager, Cloud Services position plays a pivotal role in overseeing all day-to-day operations of our cloud infrastructure and supporting teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of Fujifilm Cloud Services to our customers. This role is responsible for managing a team of cloud engineers and administrators, optimizing processes, and consistently implementing best practices to maintain high availability and security of our cloud-based offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operations across multiple environments that support the delivery of multiple Fujifilm Cloud Services products.
  • Manage internal and external operational projects, keeping track of all necessary tasks and facilitating progress, thus driving projects to completion.
  • Manage stringent change management process and approvals, supporting improvements register and lessons learned.
  • Manage incident response and communication to impacted stakeholders. Contribute to the development of incident response process improvements, with significant focus on team skills.
  • Monitor and manage resource utilization across the environment, including capacity planning and cost optimization.
  • Manage the professional development of the Cloud Services team members with a focus on the customer experience, along with job related duties and soft skills.
  • Collaborate with other support and implementation teams to improve the customer experience and daily operations of Cloud Services. Support larger level change initiatives for improvements across teams to improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce security best practices and compliance requirements for HIPAA and other compliance frameworks.

Qualifications:


Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing healthcare IT environments, with a preference for candidates who have managed IT systems specifically within the medical imaging field.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Information Technology, or relative work experience.

Skills and Other Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Outstanding abilities in communication, including adeptness in effectively communicating across various levels of leadership hierarchies and to customer base.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Self-motivated and a self-learner, consistently seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, medical imaging workflows, security principles, and best practices in IT Cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in note-taking and organization is an essential skill for this role.

Physical Requirements:

 

The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities:

  • The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
  • Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.

Travel:

  • Occasional (up to 25%) travel may be required based on business need.
