The Information Technology Technical Architect is responsible for creating resilient and fit for purpose IT Infrastructure and client services solutions to support customer demand and availability requirements. In addition, the role will also provide the technical delivery of projects / solutions and provide 3rd level Infrastructure support duties as required.
The role supports both project and service delivery, as such will require solid technical hands-on experience and maturity across multiple technologies. The Information Technology Technical Architect will support the Global IT team with roadmaps, technical design, cloud journey, DR and continuity planning, process development and improvement and were needed provide the technical skills required to deliver on solutions. The role will also be responsible for the delivery of 3rd line support tasks.
