Overview

The Warehouse Parts Coordinator will be responsible for performing shipping and receiving activities including picking, packing, metering, and shipping to provide parts to internal and external customers.

 

The Graphic Systems Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver world class, state of the art solutions for Ink Jet Printing, Digital Printing, Wide Format, Offset Plates, Packaging, and a full range of traditional Offset supplies. In addition, we are the industry leader in Color Standardization and G7 implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack and meter all outgoing parts orders for shipment
  • Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding pricing and availability, equipment warranty status, parts tracking, proof of deliveries, and order placement
  • Input daily tracking information into ASTEA system for parts shipments.
  • Receive inbound freight and place into correct bin locations including labeling and reorganization of parts placement.
  • Complete daily cycle counting of 100 SKUs per day
  • Receive and stock incoming freight
  • Create new equipment parts kits and pm kits; ensure adequate levels of kits are maintained
  • General housekeeping of entire warehouse area including sweeping, straightening, or relocating freight, refilling warehouse supplies, breaking down boxes and trash removal
  • Assist field personnel on will calls
  • Perform related duties as assigned by manager

 

Required Skills/Education

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 or more years of warehouse experience, including ability to operate auto-platform ladders
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written),
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications

 

Desired Skills

  • Experience working with parts
