Provide manufacturing engineering and process development support for the processes used in the manufacture of medical ultrasound devices. Apply subject matter expertise to develop improved process performance and product reliability. Work from requirements and problem descriptions with little supervision. Resolve process problems to root cause in an expeditious manner. Provide NPI support including DFM feedback. Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Contribute beyond functional boundaries. Manage supplier corrective actions. Write unambiguous, concise and effective engineering reports and process/assembly instructions. Maintain accurate BOMs, procedures, and “Pick To Order” configurations.
