We are a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (“CDMO”) with the sole purpose to support our customers as they deliver on the medicines of today and advance the medicines of the tomorrow. The Commercial Leadership team are critical to the success of FDB and have a wide range of functional responsibilities for the full program lifecycle from prospect identification through program delivery and account management. The role of Commercial leadership Executive Assistant (U.S.) will provide executive support to Chief Business Officer and immediate direct reports located in the US and coordinate such support with the Commercial leadership Executive Assistant (Europe).

The role will include the proactive coordination and support of executive level projects & standard work, scheduling meetings, preparing documents / slides for meetings, managing calendars and expenses for leaders. This role will need to anticipate the upcoming needs of executives in a growing environment.

FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 – 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 – 774, as may be amended.
