    FUJIFILM North America Corporation is a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Corporation in Tokyo, Japan that provides equipment, consumables and technical support to the graphic arts industry; digital photo processing equipment, technical support and fulfillment services for commercial and consumer customers; consumer digital cameras, and motion picture films. The company is comprised of five operating divisions: Photo Imaging Products; Graphic Systems Products; Electronic Imaging Products; Motion Picture Film Products; and Optical Devices.


    The Equipment Territory Manager - Western US reports directly to the VP of Professional Product Sales and will be expected to represent Fujifilm in Regional based Chain Accounts, Photo Specialty Retail, as well as photo processing operations.  Regional activities for new and existing accounts in the Western US Territory including the states West of the Mississippi river to increase Fujifilm equipment, consumable and optical product sales.  This person will be required to manage relationships, service Key Accounts and Prospects within the Western US to ensure positive exposure of the Fujifilm Brand.  Thereby, achieving sales growth and profitability, along with solid customer support. The Equipement Territory Manager - Western US must strive to achieve company sales quotas as assigned while containing expenses & budgets. 


    External US


    • Primary responsibility is pursue and secure new (primarily large) Western regional accounts for equipment, consumables and where applicable EID products.
    • Must assist current territory manager to maintain current customer base as well as assist where required with newly developing opportunities.
    • Resolve all customer related issues, (shipping, credit, service issues)
    • Work with Key Accounts to provide accurate forecasts & promotional activity within the Western territory. Monitor sell through and proactively assist in creating sell through programs.
    • Negotiate annual dealer programs & incentives.
    • Physically travel assigned Western sales territory to work with the account base as well as be available for Trade Shows and assigned Photographic Events.
    • Office Time is expected – Usually one day a week to complete sales reporting to corporate, maintaining customer expenditures, documenting company funded marketing promotions, prepare dealer proposals, etc.
    • Work with other Professional Products Territory Managers when accounts cross into other regions not directly assigned.
    • Collaborate with various Corp. Marketing personnel designing and implementing marketing programs that are customer specific.



    • 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a Photographic background (but not required). 
    • Prior experience in dealing with major consumer retail accounts.  
    • Ability to research and analyze various different types of data information and make sound business judgments.
    • Ability to prioritize work as well as be extremely organized to manage a wide variety of customers while representing all Fujifilm product lines as applicable.
    • Travel when required and be available to work some weekend events and trade shows.
    • Must be able to travel 50-60% of the time.


    • Reside in the Western Region of the USA.
    • Capital equipment sales experience.
    • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Able to effectively communicate within Fujifilm departments as well as with customer base.
    • Ability to prioritize work.
