    Territory Manager - Southeast


    FUJIFILM North America Corporation is a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Corporation in Tokyo, Japan that provides equipment, consumables and technical support to the graphic arts industry; digital photo processing equipment, technical support and fulfillment services for commercial and consumer customers; consumer digital cameras, and motion picture films. The company is comprised of five operating divisions: Photo Imaging Products; Graphic Systems Products; Electronic Imaging Products; Motion Picture Film Products; and Optical Devices.


    We are currently hiring for a Territory Manager for the Southeast.  The ideal candidate would be located in Atlanta, but could also reside in Florida.  This position reports directly to the VP of Regional Sales and will be expected to represent Fujifilm in Regional based Chain Accounts, Photo Specialty Retail, as well as photo processing operations.  This person will maintain the current customer base along with opening up new accounts in the Southeast Regional Territory including the states of NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, & LA to increase Fujifilm EID & ID sales.  As a Territory Manager you will need to manage relationships & service Key Accounts & Prospects within the SE Territory to ensure the positive exposure of the Fujifilm Brand, sales growth, profitability, along with offering solid customer support. Territory Managers must strive to achieve company sales quotas as assigned to the territory while containing expenses & budgets.

    Some of the responsibilites are, but not limited to:


    • Must maintain current customer base as well as look to bring on new customers.
    • Resolve all customer related issues, (shipping, credit, service issues)
    • Work with Key Accounts to provide accurate forecasts & promotional activity within the territory. Monitor sell through and proactively assist in creating sell through programs.
    • Negotiate annual dealer programs & incentives.
    • Creatively develop Photo Events such as Photo Walks or New Product Launch Demo’s at Key Accounts. Weekends are expected to be worked in key selling seasons (Mostly Spring & Fall)
    • Physically travel assigned sales territory to work with the account base as well as be available for Trade Shows and Dealer Photographic Events.
    • Office Time is expected – Usually one day a week to complete sales reporting to corporate, maintaining customer expenditures, documenting company funded marketing promotions, prepare dealer proposals, etc.
    • Assist with Account Trainings and Demos and support Technical Support Representatives
    • Must be able to travel 40-50% of the time. 




    Within 6-9 Months: To be effectively managing all aspects of the day to day business with in the territory.  Have an active call pattern and develop strong relations with all Key Accounts in the Region. Understand the business & operations of each account in the territory as well as have good product knowledge of all Fujifilm product categories.




    Within 9-18 Months: Learn to be more independent in running and managing the territory.  Have developed a very organized an efficient workflow to managing the account base in the territory. Have excellent product knowledge to sell to accounts, as well as photographic end users.  Be able to position Fujfilm products positively against the competition.



    Required skills:


    • 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree with a Photographic background.  Prior experience in dealing with consumer retail accounts.  
    • Ability to research and analyze various different types of data information and make sound business judgments.
    • Ability to prioritize work as well as be extremely organized to manage a wide variety of customers while maintaining 20+ Fujifilm EID/ID product categories.

    Desired skills:


    • Reside in the Southeast Region of the USA
    • Have Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Be able to effectively communicate with in departments within Fujifilm as well as with customer base.
    • Travel when required and be available to work some weekend events
    • Ability to prioritize work
