Fujifilm North America Corporation's Graphic Systems Division has an immediate opening for an Order Specialist, to be located in the Hanover Park, IL location.  The Order Specialist will report to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for ensuring effective sales order management through order, credit and returns processing. This position will navigate and communicate through multiple business systems and departments and be responsible for proper processing of orders submitted via fax and email, as well as handling credits and returns.

Responsibilities:

• Uses software order processing tool to verify, review and submit orders that come in via email and fax
• Communicates with Customer Specialist and/or Customer as needed to resolve any order related questions/issues processed through the OCR software
• Maintains software order processing template database and works to improve the number of orders that are processed automatically through effective recognition and mapping of order fields
• Reviews and processes web orders
• Reviews and processes credit and return requests
• Maintains customer data in SAP as necessary
• Performs other related duties as assigned by manager

Required:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of order entry or customer service experience
• Ability to work within a team structure
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn and retain product information as it relates to the printing industry
• Necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Desired:

• Knowledge of CRM and SAP preferred
• 3-5 years customer service or order entry experience
• Knowledge of printing industry
