Job Summary:

 

Designs, tests and delivers mobile applications geared towards medical applications. Develops and integrates software for Continuous Integration and automation for Mobility software team, including Build and test automation for the OS, services, and applications.

 

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

  • Solves real world problems related to Biomedical embedded devices using knowledge gained in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
  • Designs, develops and tests Android Applications
  • Identifies Bottlenecks in Build and Test Automation, Continuous Integration (CI) process, and owns and delivers process improvement
  • Develops software and scripts for build and test reporting
  • Documents processes, and Best known methods
  • Take part in integration of software modules with Hardware and System teams.
  • Participate in reviews of team member’s designs and provide feedback that helps improve overall system quality and performance.

 

 

Knowledge and Experience:

 

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate/graduate program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field.
  • Android Application development experience required
  • Required Experience writing, debugging, analyzing code using C, C++, Java, Java Script or Python. Knowledge of REST APIs is nice to have
  • Nice to have, Android AOSP build and customization

 

 

Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Must have - Ownership, Adaptability, Positive Attitude and Eagerness to Learn
  • Must be detailed oriented and Excellent written and oral communication skills
