Customer Specialist Supervisor
Fujifilm North America Corporation's Graphic Systems Division has an immediate opening for a Customer Specialist Supervisor, to be located in the Hanover Park, IL location. This position supervises a team of customer specialists monitoring the daily activities of the team including all pre-and post-order fulfillment functions including interaction with warehouse, delivery and purchasing departments to ensure best in class customer service to Fujifilm’s customers and sales personnel. Key responsibilities include managing efficient workflow of the team, assisting with complex customer issues, CS customer assignments, CS workloads, and training and development of team.
