We are currently hiring a Trade Show Specialist in our beautiful Valhalla, NY office. The Trade Show Specialist manages the planning, development and execution of effective and efficient trade shows. This person will report to the Sr. Creative Services Manager and be responsible for a range of 25-35 trade shows per year with an overall budget of approximately $2 million dollars.
In addition, this position is responsible for monitoring and reconciling the multiple company budgets, recommending ways to contain and lower costs, working with the Account Executive for the exhibit house, building and maintaining close working relationships with business units that may need assistance, and will be accountable to each business unit for producing successful trade shows and events, managing the show budget, and deliver the most cost effective solutions.
The ideal candidate is a team player also capable of performing individually with minimal supervision with excellent communication skills as they will interact daily with senior management and all levels of mangement and must be able to maintain positive relationships.
