The Graphic Systems Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver solutions for workflow, consultative services, remote monitoring, color standardization and G7 implementation, pressroom products, CTP, proofing, digital printing, wide format and more. FUJIFILM also manufactures and distributes Sericol inks and is a leader in the development of UV inks for the screen printing, narrow web, and large format digital printing industries.


We are hiring for a Sales Support Analyst (Internally known as a Contract Sales Administrator) for our Hanover Park, IL location.  As a Sales Support Analyst you will be responsible for driving service contract sales and marketing efforts for FNAC-TS.  Key responsibilities include: Develop pricing, sell sheets, new contract offerings and other marketing collateral for customers or inside sales teams to achieve highest level of contract retention based on market needs.  Administers all contract information into service management system.  Serves as primary contact for GSD sales teams for pricing deviations or special terms.  Manages and analyzes contract expirations and renewal notices to ensure accurate revenue recognition and and timely invoices to customers.

Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to:


  • Administers contracts for Division which includes activities of defining requirements and coverages for new and existing products, generates proposals, negotiates pricing and ensures compliance with legal standards.
  • Builds strong relationship with sales teams to ensure contract sales process produces a positive customer experience. Key objective is to drive contract penetration to 75% or higher.
  • Analyzes profitability of service contracts by product type and determines adjustments in pricing, coverage or other alterations to ensure Division profitability standards.
  • Coordinates input from sales, service teams and legal department to structure contract language and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assists in the discovery and design of new contracts that maximize effectiveness of the organization
  • Develops and drives contract plan recommendations, based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience that build and enhance the profitability of the service division
  • Serves as primary contact for contract inquiries and takes necessary actions or coordinates with inside sales team to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Works with HLUS accounting team on managing contract reserve process and ensures proper accounting for revenue recognition.
  • Prepares and performs contract reports and KPIs for Sr. management team
  • Corresponds with credit and Customer Care teams on invoicing issues, credits, disputes and CSA cancellations.
  • Establishes and reviews critical business process metrics to determine scope and direction of project achievement
  • Maintains and acquires knowledge of service contract offerings including industry trends and competitive practices.
  • Stays current on company and department's vision and objectives
  •  Performs related duties as assigned by manager

Required skills:

  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3+ years product management or 2+ years managing technical service teams.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Proven experience working successfully with vendors and external clients including resolving issues
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
