Job Purpose

The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for being the internal subject matter expert and managing the development and execution of internal market-specific product, sales tools, and communications. Technical and clinical knowledge in the specific area of mammography is a must and prior history as a Radiologic Technologist is a plus. This position launches products with a cross-functional team, proactively communicates plans/activities throughout organization and manages the product lifecycle. This position is also responsible for implementation of new product releases, education and training activities nationwide. Key to this position is the ability to educate customers, operate equipment, execute new product releases to the field, support sales, leverage customer relationships and impact a variety of customer segments in Radiology, interventional, and Oncology. This includes the design and implementation of training intended to increase revenue from targeted customers based upon strategic business analysis. The successful Senior Dosimetrist Clinical Oncology and Computed Tomography will understand and leverage roles and responsibilities of the cross functional team to drive customer satisfaction with use of equipment, support sales, and other duties as required. These partners include the Customer, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regional Zone Mangers, DRSS (Digital Radiography Sales Specialist), Account Mangers, and Commercial Operations. Other cross functional teams interfaced will be service, clinical consultants, regulatory, medical informatics, legal, commercial accounts, GPO team, IDN team Government Accounts, OEMs, and others. Ideal candidates will have a deep knowledge of Computed Tomography and Oncology and would have been or still practice as a CT Technologist, Dosimetrist, or Physicist with familiarity of customers and accounts within oncology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage technically complex product lines to achieve defined business objectives. Manages lifecycle of product and provides input into next generation products.
  • Responsible for managing product launches within the United States. Specific responsibilities include managing a cross-functional team, developing the price strategy, product forecasting, assisting in the development of marketing materials, system configuration, and roll-out plan.
  • Be the primary team leader for all potential oncology and CT training and education for all potential and new customers generated through multiple sources.
  • Develop pricing analysis, demand forecasting, and track opportunities/sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers on trade-show plans and work with cross-functional team to ensure product configuration, delivery and presentation to ensure messaging is successfully conveyed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communication on promotional plans, sell sheet creation and maintenance; and other product-based communications that differentiates our products in the market. Work with Marketing and Sales Support teams to develop compelling RFP and presentation materials to effectively articulate our value proposition
  • Work with key stakeholders in all Fujifilm sales channels to maximize the order intake for oncology solutions and computed tomography
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of knowledge as to Fujifilms’ oncology products, CT Products, services, and solutions.
  • Embrace continuous feedback and product input from our sales force, both direct and our channel partners. Work with customers and potential customers to gather feedback on how to improve and extend our offerings and solve customer problems.  Includes why to choose Fujifilm solutions and how to adopt fully to retain customer base.
  • Assist Regional Teams with customer presentations specifically focused on training the clinical and technical components of the Fujifilm Oncology value proposition.
  • Accountable for driving training and education needs for the customer and Fujifilm for Oncology and CT.
  • Collaborate with Strategic and Field Marketing, Clinical Consultant and Field Service Engineers regarding competitive market trends, generation of proof points, supporting reference sites, quote maintenance, and escalation assistance.
  • Understand Computed Tomography concepts, technology, workflow, and customer needs by the Radiologist, Radiation Oncologist, Radiation Physicist, Radiation Therapist, Radiologic Technologist, and Administrator
  • Understand Computed Tomography concepts for CT Simulation technology, workflow, and customer needs by the Radiation Oncologist, Radiation Therapist, Dosimetrist, Physicist, CT Technologist, and Oncology Administrator
  • Develop and execute regional and national training plans, documents, and customer facing materials.
  • Improve how the customer experiences Fujifilm
  • Engage with Senior Director of Marketing and Sr. Oncology and CT Specialist along with cross functional partners on the development of programs and activities that will result in increased access to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards.


  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of successful medical sales experience with an emphasis on Medical Imaging
  • Minimum 5+ years of Computed Tomography experience.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with sales force.com, Concur, and other business software like Microsoft office
  • Minimum 3-5 years oncology experience.
  • Previous research, marketing, or field experience as customer a plus.


  • Self-motivated, self-confident and assertive with the ability to act with urgency and passion.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated access to and understanding of key customers and IDNs within geography.
  • Experience in customer education and training in the past
  • History in Oncology in a patient care setting
  • Strategic approach to accessing customers in an innovative manner.
  • Candidate should have experience in solutions selling
  • Strong executive level presence a plus
  • Must have a compassion for cancer patients and understand how Fujifilm  solutions can help
  • Passion for Computed Tomography and five years’ experience in clinical field and/or marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver results
  • Self-starter who is excited about products that make a difference in people’s lives
  • Radiologic technologists associate’s degree or greater and Computed Tomography certified; preferred
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and the drive and persistency to overcome obstacles are paramount to success in this position.
  • Able to work with large diverse sales team to close complex sales opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with ability to adapt quickly
  • Ability to create protocol, user, and quick guide manuals in addition to other customer facing documents
  • Proven ability to think strategically and work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

  • The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.

  • The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
  • Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.


Greater than 40% travel may be required based on business need.
