The Graphic Systems Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver solutions for workflow, consultative services, remote monitoring, color standardization and G7 implementation, pressroom products, CTP, proofing, digital printing, wide format and more. FUJIFILM also manufactures and distributes Sericol inks and is a leader in the development of UV inks for the screen printing, narrow web, and large format digital printing industries.


We are hiring a Customer Support Technicians - High Speed Inkjet for Atlanta, GA.   The selected candidate will be responsible for servicing equipment and offering solutions to a customer base within a national territory.  This level technician will support conventional, high level electronic and related equipment and High Speed Inkjet devices and techniques used in the graphic arts industry.

Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Provide on-site support and repair to High Speed Inkjet (HSIJ) customers
  • Maintain close communication with HSIJ Technical Specialists, Technical Advisor, Support  Manager and the Technical Phone Support team in to ensure accurate resolution of service issues
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers
  • Coordination of installation with customer and service team
  • Perform pre-installation assessment and site inspection on HSIJ equipment in accordance with FUJI equipment requirements
  • Complete and submit service activity information and paperwork timely to the appropriate group/department
  • Monitor and manage the return of all parts
  • Manage and complete all Preventative Maintenance requirements
  • Attend training classes to stay current on both new and existing products
  • Provide technical support to other technicians as needed
  • Provide sales assistance in demos and/or customer visits as needed
  • Monitor critical accounts and actively participate in support activities to accomplish quick and effective problem resolution
  • Communicate technical issues to HSIJ service management and technical support group
  • Perform related duties as assigned by manager

Required skills:


  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two-year electronics degree or equivalent in field experience
  • 5 or more years of field service experience
  • Extensive knowledge in electronics
  • Computer skills with emphasis on operating systems and hardware.
  • Possess necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), working knowledge of Microsoft applications and outstanding customer service

Desired skills:

  • 5 or more years experience servicing High Speed Inkjet presses and related equipment
