We are currently hiring for a Benefits Coordinator.  The Benefits Coordinator will report to the Benefits Manager and be responsible for providing general administrative and HRIS support to Benefits Department.  They will also be responsible for providing customer service support to employees, and the Benefits, Human Resources and Payroll Teams.


External US


  • Provide benefits related customer service support to employees, and the Benefits, Human Resources and Payroll Teams via telephone, email and in-person contact
  • Regular contact with employees, Benefits, Human Resources and Payroll Teams and vendors
  • Provide HRIS support
  • Perform general administrative functions for the Benefits Department
  • Process invoices and billing
  • Assist with department purchasing
  • Distribute all benefits communications and mass mailings to all applicable locations
  • Compose routine letters, memorandums and emails. Respond to or routes routine correspondence/inquiries that do not require a supervisor’s attention
  • Coordinate on-site events
  • Maintain confidential department records and files
  • Assist with the maintenance of benefits websites and HRIS reporting
  • Perform benefits data entry



  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 plus years in Human Resources customer service and administrative roles



  • Extensive experience in both a customer service and administrative assistant/coordinator roles within the Benefits field
