    Job Summary:


    FujiFilm is looking for a Reporting Analyst with five to seven years of related work experience with a heavy focus on data to join our Finance / IT Data Group.  This individual will be a key member in rebuilding our reporting applications from the ground up by developing reports and dashboards for use by management and various operational levels within the organization.  In addition, this position will continue to devise ways to understand and better utilize the data behind our business.


    Essential Job Functions:


    The Reporting Analyst will work with our application development team and key business leads across the entire business organization.  You will be responsible for gathering, eliciting, documenting, and communicating business requirements in clear, detailed user stories, and developing those stories into reports and dashboards using SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau and other report writing tools.  Additionally, you must be able to provide ad-hoc data extracts, support the business leads with report related inquiries, research data anomalies and write and provide reporting application end-user training materials as needed.


    Further, this position requires a high degree of practical business knowledge, creativity, and a team-oriented collaborative mindset.


    Knowledge and Experience:


    • 3 years experience intelligently creating advanced reports
    • Knowledge of software development life cycle preferred
    • 2-4 years business or business analyst experience in a manufacturing company
    • Working experience in SSRS, Tableau and Microsoft SQL Server 2008r2 or higher
    • Working experience with Oracle EBS ERP and/or understanding the data model is a bonus
    • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Computer Science preferred)



    Skills and Abilities:


    • Requires analytical, conceptual and technical problem-solving abilities
    • Strong knowledge of business analysis, best practices and methodologies, including the ability to perform requirements tracing and validations during testing
    • Strong detail-orientation with emphasis in data accuracy
    • Intermediate level sql
    • Knowledge of fundamental database design concepts
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication, with an ability to express business concepts in technical terms, and complex technical solutions in business terms
    • Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
