This position reports to Senior Product Manager. This position assists in the planning and supervision of all marketing projects and supports other departments’ projects, which are often time-sensitive. Supervision of marketing events includes not only making sure necessary staff and materials are allocated in place during such events but also having compliance-related documentations signed and stored according to company’s policy.

  • To initiate coordination of different marketing events such as congress, webinar, online conferences and so on.
  • To initiate coordination of marketing communications (eg. Newsletter) for distributors.
  • To maintain marketing tools such as websites up to date and introduce new tools according to market needs.
  • To initiate coordination of training center activities such as communicating with physicians and distributors to make sure all necessary arrangements are made properly in compliance with company policy.
  • To collect marketing-related information from distributors, create a summary and share it with other departments.
  • To answer marketing-related inquiries from distributors and customers and provide adequate supports accordingly.
  • To understand company’s compliance-related policies and requirements clearly and answer compliance-related questions internally and externally (from distributors).
  • Provide weekly and/or monthly reports to management as directed.
  • Attend local, regional and national trade shows as requested.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.



  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in marketing and product management
  • Medical product management, marketing or related experience is preferred.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and organization skills, self-motivated hard worker.
  • Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Skills in other marketing-related software such as Adobe, Canva, Elementor, Rocketium, Sketch is preferred.
  • Competence with regulatory procedures, legal documentation and accuracy.
  • Must be bi-lingual (read, write, and speak) in Spanish and English. (also, Portuguese would be a plus)
