FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an early to mid-level compensation analyst to join our HR team. The Compensation Analyst is an experienced professional on the FMSU HR team owning the compensation processes, procedures and overall execution of the division’s compensation practices. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, has an eagerness to learn, and curiosity to problem solve.
This position based in Lexington, MA with the opportunity for remote work during the pandemic. This position reports to the Executive Director, Human Resources.
